This newly renovated gated townhouse, 2 large Bedrooms (with a comfy queen bed in each room), 2.5 Bath, 1200 square feet is just 5 minutes to Sea World, Ocean and Mission Beaches, and Old Town!
You will not spend your precious time in traffic, getting to all of the prime locations that make San Diego a premier travel destination for singles, families, and couples!
This upstairs unit has a balcony to see the fireworks from Sea World while BBQing! It has all new furnishings and fixtures, with a fantastic beachy feel. This "upside down" floor plan has the living, eating, and entertaining area on one level with 2 large bedrooms (each with a comfy queen bed) on the lower level.
The living room is furnished with reclining sofa and reclining love seats, centered around a cozy gas fireplace for cooler days, and high ceilings and remote light/ceiling fans, portable air conditioning on both levels for the warmer days.
The customized granite and fully equipped kitchen has all of the niceties of home, to prepare your favorite meals with, to enjoy at "home" or take with you on your daily adventures. Multiple grocery stores and delicious dining within a mile.
The dining room has a beautiful wood table that can seat 6, there is a game table with a glass top that can seat 4, and 2 bar stools in the dining room area.
There is internet/WIFI, a 55 inch TV in the living room, and 32 inch TV's in each bedroom. Local stations are available, as well as your streaming services, on the smart TV's , so you can rest and relax.
**Sleeping**:
Two Luxury and comfort memory foam topped new Queen Beds (one in each large bedroom) , plus two extra-long twin tri-fold mattresses and Two queen size airbeds (not guaranteed to be leak free) with complete bedding will sleep 8. ( each type of bed include full bedding pillows, sheets, blankets etc.)
Customized and new cabinetry 2 full baths and one 1/2 bath are towels, toiletries, individual shampoo, conditioner, soap and hair dryers.
**Parking**: one assigned gated parking spot (which up to a large SUV) and street parking.
Additional extra amenities include:
• Rolling high chair
• Bed rails
• Washer, dryer (in townhouse)
• BBQ (on balcony)
• USB ports through-out the house,
• Quite remote ceiling fans in each
bedroom, Black-out curtains (to allow

There is a book providing limited concierge information including restaurant recommendations and site seeing.

The unit was quite clean and very cute, beachy decor!! The kitchen was very well stocked! All sorts of drinkware and sizes of coffee cups. It was delightful to have a few kitchen items well stocked for guests to use as needed. The description of everything was spot on. We would absolutely look for another reason to stay at this property. We were a group of 5, 4 adults and a toddler. Having some child-in-mind items (including toys) was a blessing!

Great location with easy access to multiple landmarks and attractions. Parking was secure. Lots of towels and bedding. Snacks were appreciated.

Mark communicated very well. The place was very nice and clean and the kitchen well stocked with basics and extras.

The property was well stocked with everything you would need and the owner responded quickly. It was very loud inside though. You could hear everything from street noise to kids playing outside and the house only had portable air coolers which is ok with normal San Diego weather in March but it was in the mid 80s while we were there so it was warm in the rooms.
