This was a beautiful spot to stay and enjoy all that OB has to offer. I highly recommend it!

Location was great for walking to Newport Ave. and the beach, beautifully furnished, clean and quiet spot to relax. Bonus that coffee and laundry soap were provided!

Once heater worked, we were comfortable and would probaby stay again.

All in all we were comforable, however, upon arrival it was very cold in the unit and we did not know the heater (the obvious one) was not working. You should of posted a sign saying out of order or....then we went all night without heat and the next day. We feel we should of gotten some kind $ credit . The maintainence person that eventually showed up was nice.

There were no dish towels in kitchen, the toaster was up way too high and while there was nothing for us to stand on to get to it, we could not reach it. A box of kleenex would of been nice. I did tell the maintainence lady that the lamp in the bedroom was broken and the fathroom fauet leaked and the kitchen faucet is broken. A bathroom nonslip tub mat would be nice.
