Great location, right in the heart of OB easy walking distance to everything. Stayed for two weeks, management company was quick to respond to any needs and easy to work with.

The best thing about this property is its location. It's a short walk to the beach and plenty of unique restaurants, shopping, etc. It was a little tricky finding the property since the address # is not seen from Del Monte Ave. It was nice to have our own parking even though it was a little tricky backing into it from a narrow alley. We also had some issues with the washer malfunctioning. Despite those minor challenges we loved the property and location and would book it again.
