Quiet, pleasant and joyfull

The place itself! Starting from the old gate at the entrance, through the house look inside, equipment, finishing with localisation (1,5 h walk to the City Centre), quiet neighbourhood and the owner! He’s the ghost-man but keep you informed on everything connected with your stay in the flat! I didn’t even think on something and he answered my future issues! Great contact. Comfortable beds, huge garden! Worth staying and adding to „to go” destinations!

Lovely country home with everything we needed! Highly recommend.

The scenery here was beautiful! It felt out of the city hustle bustle & was country-quiet :) we even heard crickets & saw a pheasant! The host was incredibly kind & generous.

We did not have a car & took the bus, which wasn’t bad, but walking from the bus stop to the house was a bit uncomfortable with 2 small kids in tow. Definitely do-able & it got easier each time as we got more comfortable.

The house was perfect. It is equipped with everything you need. The owner gave us very detailed information about all the details for a pleasant stay. It also has a beautiful terrace, covered parking and a gate with a code! Thank you very much

Exceptional

We loved staying at Fienile FICO Fiera. Very spacious, we were a family of 4 ( 2 teens), they slept upstairs and we slept on the sofa bed which was very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and there are 2 separate toilet. It’s about 10min drive to the city center. Owner, Alessio is very kind guy. Thank you 🙏🏻

Superb

The staff was very nice and responsive. It was very clean and the kitchen have all the facilities. It”s a very quiet location. Except the sofa bed, we have a pleasant stay.

The sofa bed was impossible. There was a lot oh insects in the house because there were no insect nets on the windows. We have some issues with the heat system.

La posizione è comoda per andare in fiera oppure in destinazioni a Bologna nord. la struttura è facilmente raggiungibile, molto pulita e spaziosa anche per famiglie

Χρειάζεται μεγαλύτερη προσοχή και βελτίωση

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και άνετο πάρκινγκ για το αυτοκίνητο,πραγματικά άνετο σπιτάκι για οικογένεια σε κομβικό σημείο δίπλα στο κέντρο της πόλης αν μετακινηθείτε με αυτοκίνητο!

Τις ημέρες που επισκεφτήκαμε την πόλη της Μπολόνια έκανε απίστευτο κρύο -2 έως 3 βαθμούς και η πολιτική της Μπολόνια όπως με ενημέρωσε ιδιοκτήτης για τα καλοριφέρ είναι μέχρι 19 βαθμούς!Το σπίτι ήταν κρύσταλλο και τα σώματα των καλοριφέρ παγωμένα κάποιες στιγμές.Αυτο δεν είναι βολικό για να ζεσταθεί ένα σπιτάκι με τέτοια χαμηλή θερμοκρασία έξω!Φυσικα δεν μπορείς να χρησιμοποιήσεις τον θερμοστάτη των καλοριφέρ καθώς όπως με ενημέρωσε ο ιδιοκτήτης το χειρίζεται ειδικός μέσω εφαρμογής.Μετα από παράπονα και καθυστερημένες απαντήσεις βέβαια το ανέβασαν στους 21,ενημερώνοντας με πως αυτό είναι παράνομο;;;;Τι να πω;Επισης για 4 διανυκτερεύσεις είχαμε ένα μόνο σετ πετσέτες ο καθενας μας ,οι οποίες έχοντας κρατήσει υγρασία και μη καλά στεγνωμενες ,σφραγισμένες παρόλο που φαίνονταν καθαρές αλλά δεν μύριζαν όμορφα.Οποτε μόλις κάναμε από ένα μπάνιο αντιλαμβάνεστε τι μυρωδιά είχαν,και αφού ζήτησα από τον ιδιοκτήτη είχα νέες πετσέτες το επόμενο πρωί οι οποίες όμως ήταν ακριβώς το ίδιο…Πιστεύω πως δεν στεγνώνουν καλά και κρατούν υγρασία για αυτό και η μυρωδιά αλλά και η σκληρότητα στην υφή τους.Τελος το τραπέζι φαγητού τραβώντας ένα ξύλο και προσπαθώντας να το κάνεις μεγαλύτερο είχε μέσα ψίχουλα και σκουπίδια.Σε γενικές γραμμές όμως περάσαμε καλά αφού είχαμε καλή πρωτοχρονιάτικη διάθεση και δεν αφήσαμε τέτοιες λεπτομέρειες να χαλάσουν τις διακοπές μας.Αν υπάρξουν ελάχιστες βελτιώσεις θα είναι πραγματικά για 5 ή 10 αστέρια.

Fijn huisje dichtbij Bologna, met goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Het was een fijn huisje, dichtbij Bologna. Het huisje was gezellig met een keukentje, een slaapkamer boven met goede bedden en in de woonkamer een slaapbank. Ook was er een parkeerplek. De airco was prettig. Rustig gelegen en Bologna is super goed bereikbaar. Er is een wasmachine aanwezig. Communicatie met eigenaar (die we niet hebben gezien) verloopt redelijk soepel.

Slaapbank was van erg slechte kwaliteit. Klein met een slechte matras. Er was wat achterstallig onderhoud in de woning. Bad was deels stuk (aan de buitenzijde) maar functioneerde wel. De ontvangst verliep uitsluitend via whatsapp en was onpersoonlijk; vooraf werd gezegd dat er iemand aanwezig zou zijn. De buitenplaats was beperkt: een erg klein terras en weinig beplanting in de tuin.

Ho soggiornato al Fienile Fico in occasione di un congresso presso Bologna Fiere e non avrei potuto scegliere posizione migliore: comoda, ma allo stesso tempo immersa nella tranquillità. Ho apprezzato tantissimo la pace che si respira attorno al fienile e la bellezza del giardino, curato e rilassante. Un’ottima soluzione per chi cerca comfort e quiete.

Letti comodi e struttura ben tenuta!

Una piccolezza che si può risolvere facilmente: il bagno puzzava molto di “chiuso” e di candeggina. Probabilmente è stato pulito e chiuso subito. Per il resto tutto perfetto!

Розташування дуже зручне — до міського транспорту 5-6 хвилин пішки. До центру можна дістатися без пересадки. До виставкового центру усього 2-3 зупинки.

Eccellente, pulito e curato nell’arredamento a 9 minuti da Bologna fiera

Appartamento su due piani molto bello e curato nei dettagli, cucina molto grande dotata di tutto si parcheggia sotto ad un fresco pergolato privato deputato agli ospiti , giardine molto bello arricchito da un pergolato totalmente coperto da un bellissimo glicine che rende la casa freschissima

Siamo andati a fine giugno sebbene ci fossero pochissime zanzare una piccola miglioria potrebbe essere quella di mettere delle zanzariere . Aria condizionata comunque presente
