Spacious rooms, good location, clean in the apartment and well renovated.
The bathtub had some debris caked into the bottom, there was no shower curtain and the hairdryer didn’t work.

The host is great - responsive (we did not know how to restart the boiler, and he responded immediately) and accommodating. The house itself is a century-old marvel. A balcony overlooking the street and the rooftops around the house + the old fireplace add a lot to the apt's charm.
Well, if you've been to Tbilisi before, you know it's part of the package (or even the charm), if you haven't, please note that floor boards (old and great that they are) may be creaky, there will be dent here and a crack there in the furniture. One of the bedrooms does not get WiFi at all - again, it was not an issue for us and helped our son spend a bit more time around us in the kitchen/living room.
