Замечательное расположение, тихий район, бесплатная парковка. Хозяйка была приветлива и дождалась нашего позднего заселения, также по запросу предоставили кофеварку.
При заселение был сильный запах курева, но с ним быстро справились освежителем. Еще для тех, кто планирует готовить- вся посуда (сковородки и кастрюли) выглядели старыми и не пригодными для готовки, было бы лучше их обновить

Расположение относительно центра города и основных достопримечательностей, неплохие кровати
Пахло табаком, странный запах в с/у, перегородка душевой кабины не примыкает к стене, от чего в с/у вечно стояла лужа воды. Невероятно скрипучий пол. Очень сильная слышимость от соседей. Двери и окна выходят в некрасивый пыльный дворик. Холодильник тарахтел как трактор. Трещины в полу, потолке и стенах, облупившаяся краска и штукатурка. Периодически пропадал интернет.
