Ev güzel, soğuk bir dönemde gidiyorsanız sıcaklığı güzel, ev sahibi iyi hoşsohbet biri.
Bebekli bir aile olarak gidiyorsanız, inip çıkmak bir miktar yoruyor. Apartman aydınlatması pek iyi değil.

Хороший матрас на одной кровати.
Квартира условно 3-мя спальнями, по факту спален 2. Интерьер- старой бабушки сундук. Чистота на троечку. Матрасы (кроме одного) ужасные. Дом 1948 года, подъезд не мылся и не ремонтировался, видимо, с даты постройки. Бронировали из-за расположения, но раскопанный проспект Шота Руставели окончательно испортил впечатления о этой довольно посредственной квартире (сутки не было воды, постоянный шум днем и ночью от ремонтных работ, грязные обувь и одежда от них же, с ребенком на руках пришлось тащить чемоданы метров 300 по раскопкам вообще никак не приспособленным для передвижения людей). Отдельным кошмаром были попытки вызвать такси - из-за ремонта и сопутствующих ему пробок ждали таксистов по 30 мин, затем они просто сбрасывали заказ и исчезали.
