Very tastefully renovated block of apartments and very well equipped. Compact but contained everything you need, including basic cooking facilities.
Located in a quiet elevated central part of Old Tbilisi from which everything is accessible on foot but what goes down must come up.
Stairs are extremely tight and could be a big a problem for people who have suitcases and are not strong.

The apartment was in a great location, with all the main sights within easy walking distance and plenty of lovely restaurants, cafés, and bars nearby. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, was clean and well equipped and the check in process was super easy and straightforward. A great base for exploring the city and I would happily stay here again.

Location excellent. Apartment quite good but not what we had read in Booking.com, which owner said was an error, Great area for local mini-markets, breakfast, evening restaurants, and closeness to main things in Tbilisi. Apartment well renovated, good size, great bathroom. Kitchen limited by only one cooktop. Washing machine and dryer available but not in apartment. Overall good value.
Description in Booking.com said separate bedroom and living area, but that was not so, its a studio apartment, but a good size. Also said internal courtyard view but its not. Street view from street level. Owner said a Booking.com error and contacted them. We have looked and is now changed, but very generic, Need to be aware that staff use laundry most days for washing so usually only available evenings, and you compete with other people staying,

Very intresting place with very friendly owner, everything you need you have there to feel yourself comfortable!
You can hear very well noise in corridor and in neighbors apartment.
