Happy Apartment 7

Sehr gute Lage, wer in den Trend- und Universitätsvierteln Vera oder Vake zu tun hat, aber auch das Stadtzentum (Rustaveli) ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr gute Busverbindungen (Haltestelle um die Ecke). Trotzdem ist es ruhig, das Gebäude liegt in einer Nebenstraße. Das Apartment hat das Nötigste für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Makvala hat mich sogar mitten in der Nacht empfangen, und sie ist eine sehr sympathische Housekeeperin. Der Balkon ist sicherlich ein Highlight, wenn auch die Nachbarn im gegenüberliegenden Gebäude gern herüberspionieren. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft aber sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Einrichtung könnte etwas liebevoller und angenehmer/bequemer sein, sie ist auf praktisch-minimalistisch ausgerichtet. Man könnte das Nötigste, was man braucht (Salz, Öl, Zucker etc) bereitstellen, denn es lohnt sich nicht für alle, für ein paar Tage solche Basiszutaten zu kaufen. Auch eine Flasche Wasser, ein paar Kekse oder ähnliche kleine Aufmerksamkeiten würden die Qualität des Apartments sofort steigern. Das fehlende Menschliche wird aber durch Makvalas Wärme ausgeglichen! :-)

The view was stunning and the apartment bright and quiet! The owners and the cleaning lady did everything to make us feel comfortable. We stayed for 3 weeks and really felt at home.

Access to Netflix and a more comfortable couch would have been the cherry on the cake.

Sexta e sábado tem uma boate mais distante que pertuba um pouco. Nada muito complicado. Restante dos dias um silencio profundo.

1. The location was overall ok. 2. Cleaning personnel was nice.

1. The entrance to the building was from a backyard. 2. You have to pay for using the elevator in the building. Sometimes it takes money but doesn't work. 3. The apartment needs renovation. 4. The master bedroom was missing A/C and it was too hot in the room. 5. The sofa bed in the living room was not comfortable.
