The apartment was very good, except for... (see below)
There is a construction site right next to the building, and it is VERY noisy. At times, you have to wake up because someone is drilling concrete right outside your window. Honestly, I believe the hosts should not rent this apartment while the construction works are ongoing.

Расположение апартаментов оказалось просто идеальным для нашей поездки. Тихая улица, при этом все самое необходимое в пешей доступности. Уютный балкон, где приятно было посидеть утром или вечером. Хозяйка очень доброжелательная , всегда была на связи и помогала если возникали вопросы.
Из небольших пожеланий было бы здорово добавить на кухню хотя бы один острый нож и заменить сковороду. Если готовить завтраки для семьи, такие ,казалось бы небольшие детали действительно делают проживание еще более комфортным. В остальном все ок, спасибо за гостеприимство !

The apartment is spacious, clean and well designed and well equipped with everything you need. Home technology is Bosch, the location is very comfortable and with good infrastructure - markets, cafes, bakeries, restaurants are very close. Parking place behind the barrier was a big advantage. The landlady is hospitable and friendly, was always in touch.
