Comfortable apartment with lake views

Spacious and bright room with separate sleeping and kitchen areas. Three windows offer a beautiful lake view. The bed is comfortable, and there are two separate bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, a stove, microwave, kettle, and all necessary dishes. There’s also a hair dryer and a large umbrella. The sofa and armchairs are very comfortable for relaxing. There’s a wonderful selection of beautiful coffee table books about Lake Como and its attractions. A bus stop is nearby, and there’s a sidewalk all the way to the ferry dock (about a 15-minute walk). You especially appreciate this after walking along other stretches of the same road that don’t have sidewalks. Our meeting with Cristina was a bit stressful and hectic due to widespread train cancellations. Cristina stayed in constant contact, and thanks to her guidance, we managed to meet at the train station, even though it was later than planned. She even drove us to the bus stop and helped communicate with the driver. She kept checking in on us afterward and shared lots of helpful tips. Thank you, thank you!

There are no hooks for coats, but that seems to be common in many places in Italy.

Wonderful accommodation on beautiful Como!

Location is excellent. The apartment is right on the lake, away from the hustle bustle of busy Bellagio and Varenna, which made the entire stay more relaxing. We were on foot with backpacks and found the walk to the Tremezzo ferry stop very pleasant. The grocery that Cristina suggested seemed a little far, but we found a closer market that had the food we needed. Apartment was very clean and well equipped, and Cristina was very responsive to our questions.

Brilliant! We had an amazing time and would highly recommend.

The property was extremely clean, spacious and very well equipped with everything you could need. Probably the first time a booking.com actually felt like a furnished apartment! The location is right next to some pebble beaches and the apartment is above some restaurants which is highly convenient. The parking options nearby is a big win during the busy season. The two separate toilets was also great for privacy. Cristina was also an excellent host, and probably the most responsive I have ever encountered.

The only minor things was that the location is on a main road so there may be some noise - but this is because the apartment is located right next to the beaches. The other point for improvement is having an aircon in the apartment, but it is also equipped with two fans.

A beautiful location with a fantastic host.

On the edge of Lake Como, a thirty minute walk from Lenno, fifteen minutes from the ferry stop, and a brief ferry journey away from Bellagio, Menaggio, and Varenna, this was a great place to stay for the budget conscious traveller. To stay on Lake Como for the price we paid was incredible and somewhere clean, comfortable, and affordable was exactly what we wanted.

location in Tremezzo is great / easy walk to ferry as well as a few restaurants and supermarket etc. just make sure they are open as they close in the afternoon and on sundays! Cristina was an amazing (remote) host and very very helpful with everything in the local area equipped with a washing machine was super handy for a longer stay

no aircon but had two good fans so was fine to sleep in the hot nights

Overall, Excellent stay and would love to come back and stay again.

Location was excellent. Not far from the ferry boat so you can easily go to Billagio or wherever. We found a nice beach for the kids to play and go swimming only 18 minutes away by car. There was restaurant right below us where we ordered dinner one night and got breakfast one morning for takeaway. There was free parking 50 meters away which was very nice/convenient. Our host made sure to have milk, cookies, pasta, and tomato sauce, and coffee in our accommodation on arrival. The host even installed a key lock box for us because we arrived in the middle of the night and we didn’t have to wait on getting into the accommodation. If we ever had questions, the host was always responsive and answered them right away.

The traffic throughout the night was very noisy because the accommodation is right on the street. Motorcycles/mopeds are really loud and the sound of horns were very loud. Also, when the restaurant was closing, you heard the sound of glass bottles being dumped into the recycling. Very disturbing in the middle of the night. Walking along the road with children was very dangerous as well to and from the parking lot.

Casa Milla is a gorgeous and spacious apartment with fantastic accessibility to explore Lake Como. The apartment is very clean and well supplied. Christina is very helpful with information on the area as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome!

Location was really great! Just in front of the lake. The room was clean. Also, the bed mattress was awesome! The restaurant which locates at the ground floor of the apartment was good for our supper.

If only I would have a dish washer. But otherwise, everything was great!

Appartement avec vue époustouflante

D'abord le contact et les informations précieuses de Cristina, un exemple d'efficacité et de suivi. Ensuite l'emplacement du logement idéal pour la visite des plus beaux sites et une vue exceptionnelle sur le lac de Côme. L'appartement est vaste, très bien entretenu et, de par la présence des restaurants juste en contrebas, on pourrait se croire à l'hôtel.

Quasi rien, tout était parfait. Peut-être pour certains, l'absence de télévision. Aussi la route qui ceinture le lac est assez animée à partir de 07h00 du matin, mais c'est pareil pour tous les hôtels qui ont un positionnement idéal en bord de lac
