flats-4u - Cosy, quite & clean apartments in the city ( Apt. 3 )

My other booking was canceled last minute and since there was an overbooking in Bonn I decided to pick this option and it was a good decision. Leizel is an amazing host and she answered all of my questions and helped a lot; I was surprised to have everything: the coffee machine, the microwave, the iron, the hair dryer and even the vacuum. The wifi was working which is a priority when traveling for work; the washing machine is downstairs. The interior is a little retro but to me it reminded of staying at my grandma's place in a comfy sense. Naturally the place may accomodate 3 people but I stayed alone and it was okay. I was even provided with a bottle of water <3 For me it was more comfortable to stay and I even prolong my stay for the other week instead of going to hotel (but opted to stay in the other apartment upstairs thanks to Leizel). there shops, church, parks, bus stations are not far, there's a nice gym 4min away; the trainstation and metro is appr. 10 min walking, the neighborhood seemed friendly to me

Please keep in mind the following: 1. it was a little cold for me so I slept with closed windows. But perhaps this would be a benefit during hot summer days 2. there's a bar downstairs and if you mind going to sleep early on weekend, or not like smoking, you might not befriend that, so its easier to go partying yourself. 3. as mentioned in other comments the staircase is rounded

Dicht bij het centrum en toch in een rustige buurt, 10 minuten lopen van het station en vlakbij een park: de ligging is ideaal. Het appartement is goed, hier en daar een beetje krakkemikkig, ingericht.

Eigenlijk niets. Het appartement zou alleen niet geschikt zijn voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn, vanwege de nogal steile trap.

Quite good located, close to bad Godesberg Zentrum. Quite cheap daily fare.

Not really cozy, nor nice the apartment itself (pictures on booking site must have been taken long ago). Extremely noisy because of the other guests hosted in the building: sounds like tenths of loud people cohabit in each apartment...
