There is everything for living but not in full comfort.

1. Very kind and helpful owner and his son (probably son). Always ready to help. 2. There are free washing and drying machines 3. Beautiful terrace 4. Enough space for anything

1. No freezer 2. Bad knives 3. Everything is old, it was quite expected but not so much. 4. the boards in the bed kept falling off 5. Few sockets 6. Very bad WiFi. But as I know it is bad all over Germany.

A decent place to stay in Königswinter

The host is a very kind, hospitable and welcoming person. He was so eager to give us so many details about what we can do and see in Königswinter. Even before reaching the property, we had quite some good exchange of information and guidance via Booking platform chat/notification feature. The host was very proactive to let us know, days before, how to reach the property hassle free, despite the heavy road works in the town, which obviously put a high tool on the inhabitants. He heartily recommend castle Drachenfels and the surroundings. The studio was okay: quiet, spacious, clean and quite centrally located.

The constructions works turned the whole town upside-down, which made very hard for me to use the car. The missing parking place could be a problem for some. The 3rd bed was actually a half-opened couch and not vey comfortable to sleep on for a large person - luckily I was "Hunde-müde", as Germans use to say, and I slept like a baby in a crib. My wife and my daughter complained about a slightly mold-like smell in the area where the double bed was laid, although I cannot agree.

Werner é um grande anfitrião. O quarto é muito limpo e confortável. A cidade é fenomenal. Tem de tudo muito perto. Mercado, farmácia, bares, restaurantes e até um castelo. O Drachenburg

Im Herzen des Ortes

Eine super Lage, so was von mitten drin, echt super. Flott am Rhein, alles was man braucht, gleich um die Ecke. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein 🍷

Die Tür zur Straße zu öffnen, klappte nie auf Anhieb, ein für mich ungewöhnliches Schließsystem 😆. Aber ich habe es ja immer geschafft 👍... Die Matrazen könnten für meinen Geschmack härter sein zum Schlafen.
