The hotel is conveniently located in a nice location. The room was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the air conditioning unit in our room after we checked in and the staff were helpful and relocated us to a different room instantly.

The hotel is clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The cafe downstairs is nice. Didn't try the breakfast. Staff were available and helpful. Good location. We liked the Barras theme of our room.
Although we booked for 3 adults, we didn't get 3 sets of towels or extra sheets for the sofabed. However, this was very quickly remedied on informing reception. The sofabed is a bit tricky to pull in and out, but the staff made it up for us while we were out.

Good location, quiet area but with good access. Hotel feels modern with a decent bar/restaurant. I felt it was good value for money on my dates. Staff were nice and polite.
Room was freezing cold, the AC unit would not heat the room. The bed had a dip in it and unfortunately the room wasn’t cleaned that well.
