About this cottage rental
The original very first cottage on Long Point formerly Charlie Bates boat livery and bait shop. All level yard great water area beach gradually goes out from zero to 6’ in 150’. Quiet area at the end of a dead end street. 20 minutes from Marketplace and 5 minutes from Geneseo and anything needed Wegman’s grocery store, lots of great restaurants and things to do. Minutes from Letchworth State Park, mini golf, go karts, free concerts, wineries, and much much more. Besides the indoor kitchen there is an outdoor living area with a full second kitchen. 2 adjoining deck areas, gas grill, 120’ dock shared with our other house next door has great sitting areas definitely one of the best views on the lake right in the middle! See sunrises, moonrise’s, and the sunset from the end of the dock. 2 bedrooms in the main cottage, a queen and full sized futon in the main living room. Lots and lots and lots of ways to have fun!
