About this house rental
Historic & beautiful Conesus Lake property. Built in 1920 & operated as a restaurant & bar until the 90's. Now a 4 bedroom, 2 bath half house. 2 miles south of Long Point Park on the West side. Lake access with dock & kayaks provided. No parties please.
Living room downstairs & another upstairs, as well as a game room with card table, dart board, & bar. Both livingrooms are equipped with cable TV's. Wi-Fi throughout.
Guests can access 30 ft of lakefront, as well as a volleyball court & pool.

The house had everything we needed and if we needed to get away from each other there was plenty of spaces we could use. Kept clean and tidy. We cooked our meals and we did miss a dishwasher but we figured that was what husbands were for!! Great memories Thanks

We loved the lake and area. We knew we weren’t right on the water as we have a couple toddlers but the water access was a little confusing in terms of what we were supposed to use given the surrounding cottages. Could’ve used a marker.
The laundry area is shared (not a huge deal) but a little surprising to see other people. No real issues, host was very communicative and friendly. Nice stay.

Home is just ok. Needs a deep cleaning. There was dog hair "dust bunnies", spiderwebs everywhere (spiders too), laundry area is shared but a complete mess. The laundry area is stinky, the wash machine has NEVER been wiped out, the one dryer has duct tape to keep it shut. The house says sleeps 10 but there isn't enough washcloths and towels for 10. A/C unit upstairs does not keep the bedrooms cool, the A/C is just two wall units. Smoke detectors were missing. Access to the Lake is not clearly marked. The pool area is located up the road and is basically situated in someone's driveway. The pool itself is clean, but the surrounding grass wasn't mowed. Everything was just a little underwhelming. For the nightly price, I think there are better options. Again, everything is just ok.
