Beautiful lake front home on Conesus lake. 50 ft of lake front with aluminum dock and lakefront deck, 6 bedrooms, 2 full baths with handicap accessibility on first floor, fully furnished, force air furnace, central air, whole house attic fan, fully stocked large eat-in kitchen, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, washer/dryer, plenty of parking, park like yard-1.5 acre lot, fire pit, outdoor decks with grill, hammock, canoe and WiFi.
This cottage has use of kayaks, canoes, docks, and other uses of the property
I, the undersigned, agree to indemnify and hold harmless Property owner and manager and its affiliates, agents, employees, and authorized third parties, from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney`s fees, arising out of or related to my participation in during use of booked property.
