This adorable cottage offers most of the comforts of home, 5 minute drive from Livonia., a mile from boat launch, short walk to Shoreless Acres & Serious Food, beautiful views of the lake from the porch.
From the driveway you enter the home onto the main living floor, that leads directly to the kitchen with Bar seating for four, perfect for a quiet coffee break, or to keep conversation going with the family chef.
Stepping down from the kitchen area into the living room, where an overstuffed cozy furniture with lake decor and flat screen TV will make your indoor time just as relaxing as the outdoors. Complete with a Bar looking at the lake to enjoy your sunset views and to find your self at the porch to enjoy the views at any time of the day.
The second floor houses the three bedrooms. One contains a King Master retreat with flat screen TV, the second one a Queen bed sanctuary with views of the lake, and a third bedroom with 2 daybeds, and a twin size to fit your family.
The exterior door off the kitchen leads out to a spacious deck, A short walk down the street leads to the famous Shoreless Acres and Serious Food, and and short mile drive to launch your toys at the public boat launch. Our Lake House’ is convenient to Rochester, Buffalo, and many area attractions like Letchworth State Park.

Enjoyed our stay at the lake house. Enjoyed the area with many state parks to hike. Lake Conesus is a wonderful lake to boat and kayak. We had a breaker trip during our stay and owners were responsive at a late hour to help restore power.

This home was a great size and location. Jeanette was fantastic and it was everything we had hoped for in a home away from him.

While the cottage matched the descriptions and pictures, there were several things that hadn't been checked or dealt with before we arrived. The ice maker didn't work, the heat upstairs was set pretty high though it was 80 degrees out and there were no instructions on how to change it since the thermostat in the room didn't control the heat. The kitchen hadn't been cleaned thoroughly (fridge handles were sticky and counters were dirty).
I realize that the owner was on vacation when we checked in, but it would have been helpful to have someone else available as we didn't receive check in instructions and had the issues with the heat and blown fuses.
