This charming home is ideally located in the heart of Rovinj’s old town, the most picturesque part of the city. Immaculately kept and full of character, it offers a cosy and welcoming atmosphere, making it truly one of a kind.

For added convenience, especially for longer stays, the future inclusion of a washing machine could be a thoughtful extra touch.

It was in a good location & very modern and clean.

There was only one towel per person for 2 days. The towel was very thin & small, for hair washing not very good. I asked for a second towel and they wanted to charge 20 euros.

Nice apartment next to historical center of Rovinj - you are in the middle of life around

Nice apartment for 5 members family, in the historical center of Rovinj, full of life during day and silent during the night. Bueatiful environment, within couple of steps you can have coffee, restaurants, nice streets of Roving or summer sea. Person responsible for apartment was very friendly and helpful, responding to WhatsApp message soon. Parking was app. 300 meters from apartment, in the yeard, easy to park there.

Perfect place, we just killed 2 insects in the bathroom + it was quite warm in the upper part of apartment where our children slept.

It' pretty place but with major issues: making customers wait for long time to checking, no washer.

We have to wait quite a while for the staff to arrive for the keys. After checking in we discovered no washer in this 5 star Airbnb, I texted the owner about it, and did not receive any response util 4 hours later which was dinner time and we were out touring, next day the staff called to tell us, they gave us wrong room and we need to move before 11 am. We already hand washed our clothes the night before and have our staffs in the apartment, it would be extremely inconvenient to move, but the staff insisted that we need to move. We were not happy to stay a 5 star apartment without a washer to start with, then being requested to move to another apartment is not reasonable for a two nights stay. I felt this Airbnb should refund us some money for not being able to provide a washer as advertised.

Beautiful decor, stunning town, fantastic central location.

This is a lovely apartment with room with a good amount of space for a family of four. No balcony or outside space, but good sized windows and just a short stroll from the old town of Rovinj, which is truly stunning. Good wifi for the kids. Parking nearby and golf buggy for luggage to venue. Very happy to recommend and will return to Rovinj.

Our favorite stay in Croatia!

The apartment was very close to everything and the rooms were the perfect size for two people. Very clean. Nice decor. The host met us at the parking space that we reserved and drove us down the hill by golf cart. The parking was a short walk from the apartment and would highly recommend it.

Perfect!

One of our favourite stays. The Duplex Apartment was stunning. So clean and well presented. Comfortable and perfect for our small family of 3. We were warmly welcomed by Ivan, who was helpful and friendly. The apartment is brilliantly located in the center of Rovinj and was so easy to find. We would definitely recommend and happily return. Mirna was very helpful prior to the visit and arranged transfers from to the airport.

Wonderful apartment right in the vibrant old city center

The excellent location and great staff made this trip unforgettable. We had the best time in Rovinj and can 100% recommend this beautiful apartment.

Wonderful

Perfect location, clean, stylish and managed by the exceptional Ivan. Bed was very comfortable, wonderful thick quality cotton sheets, very good pillows. Comms good, advice fantastic, and service above and beyond.

We are a family of four and it was a little cramped and the shower pooled slightly. As you can tell I’m struggling here!

Don't hesitate, just book! A pleasure to stay in if visiting Rovinj

The location of the apartment was more central than expected, yet quiet every night. The standard of finish, furnishings and attention to every detail in Apartment 1 is exceptional. Everything was on the doorstep or just around the corner. The option of a nearby paid secure parking space that we could come and go from daily allowed us tour the Istrian peninsula at our leisure.

Two minor issues: 1. the shower head was faulty. Water spilled out of one side only, reducing its benefit. 2. the bathroom door creaked very loudly when opened / closed, very disturbing during the night

Overall, a very nice stay. Would likely stay there again.

Great location. Nicely appointed apartment and spacious. Kitchen had a good selection of plates and cutlery, and had a dishwasher. Very welcoming, nice support team. They were flexible, answered texts promptly, and helped with our (heavy) luggage. Parking was nearby and easy to get car in/out.

The mattress was very, very firm — too firm for me to sleep well (recognize this is a bit personal preference). Noting that the linens were very nice. Also, noise from upstairs apartment transferred easily to our middle floor apartment - particularly noticeable our first night. (Thru no fault of the property owner, the family upstairs from us had a child that seemed to be throwing a permanent tantrum, including running around when he wasn’t howling; they left the next day).

Just perfect

Perfect location, just in the middle of the city center. The apartment is located in a traffic restricted area, so it is cannot be reached by car. Although it is easy to find parking space outside and the owner will be happy to help with the luggages. The apartment is clean, stylish, well equipped. We loved it a lot.

- Location - Cozy and well decorated apartment - parking 5 mins walking

- More amenities when you stay more than 1 night. We had only a small gel-shampoo-body lotion for 3 nights and 3 people - We missed a long mirror. The only mirror in the apartment is the one in the bathroom - As there is no cleaning service, it would be a plus if the apartment can provide a mop, and not only the brush or the hoover. After every shower, the floor got wet and there was anything to cleaning it. - A bit small for 3 people and more than 1 or 2 nights

noise, no insulation, the guest upstairs might as well be in our apartment. You can hear every footstep, every movement and hear their normal voice conversations.
