everything was perfect. The staff were very supportive; they responded to all of our comments quickly and explained every detail very clearly. We did not experience any communication issues at all. As soon as we entered the house, it smelled perfectly clean. There were plenty of clean towels and all the necessary kitchen equipment. Every little detail had been thoughtfully considered, and we did not feel uncomfortable or lacking anything at any point. In fact, it could easily be said that this was the best rental home we have ever stayed in. The location is great, and the view is beautiful. We absolutely loved it. However, since the apartment is on the 4th floor, it may not be suitable for elderly or disabled guests.

Location

They advertise as if parking is close, but it's quite far away 2km? Also, stairs access to 4th flr not advertised until after booked. Concern that there are no smoke detectors

The perfect place to spend a few days, comfortable, well equipped, great location, good coffee :-) Best shower I’ve ever had.

The absolute only thing is that the quilt on the bed was a little too small for the size of the mattress, that’s really being picky though! Loved this apartment.
