Amazing place with two separate bedrooms at two different floor levels (one of them with traditional and comfortable futons). Perfect for e.g. two couples who don’t mind sharing the bathroom. Restroom on each floor. Guidebooks about Kyoto and some games available to borrow :) The possibility to use the washing/drying machine was very appreciated in the summer heat. Great communication, one of the ACs didn’t work when we arrived, but was repaired in less then two hours after reporting it.

I would like to have beds in 2nd bedroom instead of futon. It was ok but not comfortable!
