- we just use pass code to open the door.
- The room already pre heat, since it was so cold when we arrived in Kyoto. Love it
- all facility are great and in perfect conditions
- spacious, we are family of 7
- we love the tatami family room, it was the center of all our activity

We only spent one night in this guesthouse even though we planned to stay more. During the first night the pipes got frozen and we had no hot water for the whole day. Thanks to the thoughtful staff, we were moved to another guesthouse very quickly. Thank you a lot for helping us!
Tsurui Goshonishi is very spacious, fully equipped and it’s very warm upstairs. We enjoyed our 1 night stay. The location is awesome.
The bathroom on the first floor is VERY cold. We did not find a heater, it was impossible to even brush the teeth. Thank god they have one more bathroom upstairs. It was warmer there.
The bathtub looked like had mold (I’m not sure what it was). Other than that it’s a very clean house.

地理位置优秀，早上还可以去御苑走走，走到那边就有不错的咖啡店和拉面。离地铁很近。离京都站就四站地铁直达。屋里设施齐全，很适合家人居住。我们把榻榻米房放楼下（有地暖不冷），然后楼上可以睡床。
