Una familia encantadora, nos ofrecieron café al llegar y nos prepararon comida local en abundancia y deliciosa. Tienen servicio de lavandería muy rápido. El desayuno ha sido abundante, variado y todo buenísimo. La ducha, la mejor que he probado en Sri Lanka, agua caliente y abundante. Además tiene buena ubicación y bonitas vistas.

The rooms were clean and the food was good - we had dinner there and breakfast was included in the price and overall was fine.
The place is a bit tricky to find and you have to have a vehicle to go to Ella. I still wonder why in the final price they billed us for service since none of the structures we stayed in during our vacation did so. Also, tea and coffee were not included in the breakfast and we paid for them separately. In addition, the family room we booked had no windows and was quite damp.
