Experience type accommodation, not for long stays

Good location Wonderful view from the terrace. More of a concept or “experience type” accommodation not something you can enjoy over multiple nights. Very friendly and hospitable host. Free parking Huge garden with hammock and chairs

Bed placement in the room difficult to get in from the side. Cramped bathroom with oversized sink You enter the main room from the top floor via spiralling stair, interesting but weird construction. Would recommend to take other rooms from this accommodation for multiple night stays

Countryside Serres with mountain atmospher

A very calm place in the countryside of Serres (Siar) with a view in the mountain. It’s not faraway from the 13 c. Monastery John the Baptist. Our host was friendly and caring.

I am sorry it was only for one day

Very nice and cosy place perfect for resting and relaxing. The hosts Dimitri and his wife are very nice, friendly and helpfull. Thenk you again for the wonderfull stay.

Good value, however, I was expecting them to provide a larger room for a booking for a family of four persons. If you're a bathroom lover, the bathroom was as big as the room itself.

Acceptable good choice for now

The location is stunning, the studio is situated in the best part near the city center. The owner and his mom are friendly, welcoming and kind people. We arrived at night and could not find the property, he came by bike and picked us up. His mother gifted us a home grown water mellon. Its one of the more reasonably priced stays for booking in Serres town which offers absurdly expensive stays.

It could have been a very good or even superb stay if: 1. It's courtesy to provide 2 white towels for each guest body+face.not only body. 2. Please invest in buying a big sign with light at night. Your current sign is a laminated A4 paper that was folded in our case. But at night and even in the day it's not visible. Google fails to find your tree covered private street entrance. 3. You have a wonderful terrace. Please invest in a sun shade. You can not sit in the terrace during the day because of the scorching sun. Despite it having a great view. 4. Please provide 4 chairs if you have 4 guests. 5. Please provide a way to also have a table to eat. It's a pretty small studio, one room that is serviced by a fireman spiral staircase. One double bed with proper access only from the right. And one double sofa bed. Very tight for 4 persons. For 2 persons its definitely better. Beware of the fire stair if you have movement difficulties. Its difficult to carry luggage. All in all an acceptable good choice if you are on a budget. If it covered the above Comments it would be a very good choice in my opinion for that price.

We spent the night on the way to or from Romania at multiple locations but this one is by far our favourite. Beautiful and comfortable location in Serres with a breath taking view. Lovely hostess.

Cosy apartment, welcoming hosts, great location.

We were welcomed by our lovely hosts who showed us around the place and had left us coffee, tea, snacks, sweets and juice. The studio was so cosy we instantly felt home. The views from the windows and terrace were beautiful. The place itself is at a great spot close to the surrounding trails and the center of the city at the same time. As we were here for a short while, we didn’t benefit of the huge garden available for the guests as well. Overall, a great place with the nicest hosts.

Hosts were very friendly and welcomed us in the late evening, without no problem. The stay was short (overnight only) and we had all we needed in the kitchen, air-conditioning was working, warm water in the bathroom etc. We recommend this place!

A very good sleep

The kindness of the owners was a superlative! The fridge, the kitchenette and the terrace were a plus! Because we are a "big" family (our sons are over 1,80 m and the sofa bed was not appropriate) we got another room for them. Thank you very much!
