We stayed in the flat for 10 days (2 adults with 1 kid). The host was kind, replying fast to our messages and willing to resolve doubts/issues. There is a gym in the ground floor of the building (we didn't use it), which other visitors might appreciate. The apartment is quiet, thus, you can sleep comfortably.

The shower does not have a curtain and initially we didn't dispose of a mop; it was provided after our relevant petition. There is a water boiler to prepare instantaneous coffee or tea, but there were no dishes or cutlery in case you wanted to order food or bring food when you return to the apartment. The kitchen disposes an extractor but you cannot cook anything because there are no hotplates nor an oven (or microwave oven) and no cooking saucepans, etc. I think this is something that can/should be resolved. The wardrobe does not have drawers and the hangers were not enough for 3 people especially when considering a relative long stay (10 days in our case); the host provided more hangers after our petition, but we still had to have some of our cloths in the suitcases. Perhaps a mirror is missing in the main area of the flat and also couple of hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. Finally, the wall plug wire connectivity where the small bed is located should be made safer, especially if the flat is targeting to host a family with a kid, as it was our case. There is room to improve some aspects of this flat and I am confident that the host will do so.
