If you are looking for a nice but basic place to stay in Paris this is it!

Paris accomodations are notoriously small. This apartment had four full bedrooms that were more than enough to hold our family of 5. I noticed a couple of reviews that complained about not enough of an area to "hang out" in but that was actually good for us as it forced us to continue to explore the city. The kitchen and small living area was well equipped with everything we needed and the host was always accessible. I'm usually the person that finds the negative issues with any rental property (I'm working on this) but I haven nothing but great things to say about this property and I highly recommend it to anyone. There is nothing fancy about this property but it is clean and well laid out for what it is. It is right along one of the main streets making it easy to catch a bus or taxi and is also very close to the main train station to get out of Paris if needed. Plenty of restaurants nearby (too many to count) and when you close the windows at night it really gets rid of the noise. Fans in every room to help keep it cool on those really warm days in the Summer.

Conditions were too poor for the family to stay 4 days. We forfeited half the prepaid amount to find suitable accommodat

The location. Enough beds.

No living room-no air conditioning- squeaky ceiling fan-no instructions for washing machine or kitchen appliances-seating for 4 at the table and we were a family of six. Dirty dishes in the cabinet. TV didn’t work. No response from owner to needs other than towels!

We had a very enjoyable relaxing stay. Loads of restaurants and large shopping center close by.

Great location. Were able to do some quick shopping upon arrival (super market 2 doors down)

There was a small confusion about the proper address of the apartment. Booking insisted the appartment was Rue du Montparnasse, it actually was: Boulevard Montparnasse. So we ended up walking between the two addresses with our suitcases. (needed two taxis, and too small distances for a taxi trip) :( (Troubles forgotten the moment we put our suitcases down :) )

The location and bedrooms were perfect the amenities were disappointing and overshadowed the stay.

I liked that there were 4 bedrooms for my family to all have a room of their own. There were also 3 bathrooms...so there was a potential for that as well.

I purposely chose this location because there was supposed to be air conditioning. Upon arrival i messaged the host and never heard back regarding the air conditioning. In addition the shower head in one of the bathrooms was broken so that it made it difficult to use the shower. There were not any directions regarding garbage, how the washer, dryer worked or that there was a quiet time. The host texted and phoned me at 10:30 to tell me that we were too loud for the downstairs neighbor because she had to awake early. We were not that loud.

Montparnasse is a very good area to be based in. The apartment had a lot of character and was easily accessible

The two rooms on the Boulevard were a bit noisy at night. The air conditioning didn't work, so with the windows closed, the rooms got very stuffy. There was no sitting room. The apartment was smaller than we were expecting from the photos.

Lovely Parisian 4 double bedroom apartment in great location close to metro.

In an old Parisian building on the first floor with lots of character and charm. 4 lovely large double bedrooms, 3 with ensuite plus 4th family bathroom. Beds were so comfortable with crisp white cotton sheets and soft white fluffy towels were provided. Apartment is right on main boulevard de Montparnesse behind large glass and metal gates which takes you into a courtyard! Need keypad number to enter main gates and then apartment building so felt safe and secure. The manager of the property met us there and let us leave our luggage early while apartment was being cleaned! She was so kind and helpful. She also let us leave our luggage until 1pm on last day while getting apartment ready for next guests so we could enjoy last day without dragging cases with us! So many cafes and restaurants plus supermarket on our doorstep and metro right beside us. 10 min walk to the beautiful jardine de luxenberg and another 5min to the pantheon. About 30 min walk to Notre Dame and the Seine! We were a group of 5 friends and loved our stay here. We would happily return and highly recommend.

The description states patio, this was one of reasons we booked but it does not have any outside area.we were told this was a mistake and would be changed. Also, address given was incorrect, same number, same apartment as photos show but wrong road. She said booking.com put wrong rd and has been in contact to change it. This wasnt a problem, just 7 min walk and ended up being in even better position closer to everything. We were asked to be mindful of noise as this is a residential building. The main living/ kitchen area is very small but this did not bother us as we were out most of day and bedroom comfort and size more important to us.

The pin location on the website is for Rue and not Boulevard. Luckily they were close and Rosa guessed what had gone wrong.
