Location was great. Beds were comfy and the ac was a godsend in the hot weather.
Could have additional ammenities like washing powder and hand wash in each bathroom

Spacious four-bedroom apartment with three bathrooms in Montparnasse, located just a few meters from metro lines 4 and 12. An ideal place for discovering Paris with a larger family. We also stayed during a heatwave in Paris, and the apartment remained pleasantly cool during the night throughout our stay.
While we enjoyed our stay, we do feel that the apartment would benefit from some upgrades, as certain aspects seemed a bit dated or worn. In particular, the windows on the boulevard side appeared to be single-glazed, so it was quite noisy.

Es un apartamento muy amplio, tiene 4 dormitorios (2 en suite) y un tercer baño muy completo y remodelado. Estuvimos muy comodos 5 personas. Esta en un primer piso frances y hay ascensor (ideal para subir maletas o para personas mayores) pero es muy pequeñito. La anfitriona Rosa muy disponible, totalmente recomendado.
Solo para informacion, la sala de estar/comedor es bastante pequeña comparada con el resto del apartamento. No esta tan cerca de las principales atracciones turisticas de Paris, pero con el metro y buses la conexion es muy buena. Nosotros lo elegimos principalmente por el tamaño para nuestro grupo y porque saliamos desde Paris de la estacion Montparnasse, que esta muy cerca para ir caminando.
