This is an apartment that is very poorly managed by a Company who outsource customer service. The people responding are new individuals every day, located in different parts of the world, and are not familiar with the property. They are simply hired to answer messages and calls. Out of the 6 nights we stayed, only 2,5 days we had hot water. The electricity went down multiple times and we had to try and fix it ourselves, with little guidance from customer service. Even after it was established that the fuse was damaged, it took another two days for a supposed maintenance person to stop by. Instead of fixing the fuse, we came home to the switch had been turned down and not all electrical outlets working. Still no hot water! To leave a switch down is against EU regulation, since it can cause someone to be electrocuted. We had to pay to take showers elsewhere and when asking for compensation multiple times, the customer service representative simply responds that they have communicated to management. I waited multiple days to give them a chance to respond, before leaving this review. Clearly they don’t care, and most likely will have customers service respond to this review, once again apologising for the inconvenience caused. That’s all they do, only words but no action or resolution. In addition to electrical issues, the place overall is run down and no matter how much you clean gives the feeling that it’s dirty (not uncommon for Paris), but on a serious note one of the showers had mold in it, due to very poor ventilation. The only positive thing to say is that location is great and that the beds were ok.
