About this apartment rental
Located just behind the famous Place Saint-Sulpice, a short walk from the Jardin du Luxembourg and the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, this impressive two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment offers the height of luxury in the most perfect neighborhood. Completely renovated and decorated to exacting standards, this apartment is ideal for a family or two couples traveling together who want to experience life in an authentic and truly chic Parisian neighborhood.
With high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a unique and ornate fireplace surround, and lovely herringbone parquet floors, the apartment perfectly blends the classical with the contemporary, offering you all the modern comforts in a traditional French style. Decorated in sophisticated tones with beautiful furnishings and fabrics, Italian marble, and lighting fixtures, this elegant apartment is one of our most luxurious.
The apartment features two large bedrooms with king-size beds, two full bathrooms, an elegant living room, and a modern kitchen with a dining area. The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen, wall-mounted color TV with cable in the living room, a telephone, and a high-speed Internet connection (Wi-Fi). The fully equipped kitchen features a large refrigerator, dishwasher, separate Miele washer and dryer, oven, juicer, coffee maker, toaster, iron, and all the utensils needed for cooking and dining. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and heated for your comfort.
MINIMUM STAY: We have a one-week rental policy, so the weekly rate applies even for shorter stays if the apartment is available for a full week. We can only prorate the nights if the apartment is available for fewer nights between other bookings OR ACCEPT A SHORTER STAY IF REQUESTED AT THE LAST MINUTE. So don’t hesitate to check with us—we usually have last-minute deals where we can accept a shorter stay without applying the one-week minimum policy.
Important Notice
The French government has announced that it will ban all water-based air conditioning systems by October 1, 2025, as they are obviously a huge waste of water, and we all need to do our part to address this environmental issue as best we can.
Therefore, since nearly all of our installations are affected by this new law, we will stop using such units (until now, they were the only systems we could install in older Parisian buildings) by the legal deadline. To ensure our guests’ comfort, we will provide portable air conditioners, fans, and air coolers, depending on the layout of the apartment.

We had a great time. Perfect and quiet location close to many shops and restaurants. The apartment is exactly as described and seen in the photos. Spacious apartment and great sized bedrooms and bathrooms. We can’t wait to be back.
