Superb modern apartment, in good location

Modern large apartment with excellent views from the balcony. all the utilities, large bathroom. exceptionally friendly staff. several good restaurants within 10min walk, we particularly liked restaurant in the Zum Hirshen hotel which is just over the road. Sölden in 15min drive.

Five star accommodation in a great location with possibly the best spa in Europe nearby!

Perfect location and facilities in the heart of the Oetz valley. A spacious, family apartment with all the modern conveniences you need. We’ve skied in the region for many years, visiting in both summer and winter. The Spar shop is literally next door, a great Riml shop underneath the apartment and nice restaurants nearby(need to book as they get busy). Best of all you can see the Aquadome from the balcony, literally 3 mins by car. It’s a short scenic drive to Obergurgl or Sölden for a great day on the piste and there’s plenty of space to chill out in the evening. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with quality crockery and plenty of pans. We’ll be back!

We had a great stay! A spacious, well-located apartament with a beautiful view of the mountains. Equipment rental and service are in the same building, shop around the corner and thermal baths a few minutes from the apartment. Ski bus stop right next to the apartment. Very nice and friendly staff always happy to help. We will definitely be back there!

Ce sa spun? Eu u schiez, dar tot as reveni!

Cofigurarea apartamentului, utiltatile aproape coplete si de foarte buna calitate (mie mi-ar fi placut sa fie si masina de spalat rufe); spatiile erau geeroase si cu design excelent; aăartaentul este intr-o zona liistita cu acces usor la partiile din Solden. Acces rapid la toate puctele de atractie din oras.. Orice solicitari au fost rezolvate rapid. As reveni! Multumim!

Nu exista ceva care sa nu-mi fi placut. As fi preferat sa avem si masina de spalat rufe. In rest, cand am cerut ceva, s-a rezolvat imediat sau in cursul aceleiasi zile. (ex.: extra hartie higienica, rezolvarea probleelor cu un televizor setat doar pe anumite programe - probabil de u alt client, oricum chestiuni miore).

Wohnung schön - Service miserabel

Die Wohnung ist top, außer dass Klopapier auf der Toilette gefehlt hat. In den beiden Bädern gab es nur angefangene Rollen und nirgends gab es Ersatzrollen. Dies entspricht nicht der Beschreibung.

Der Service, die Abwicklung und der Umgang war miserabel. Ich habe eine nicht stornierbare Wohng. mit bewusst 2 Schlafzi. über 3 Mo.im voraus gebucht/bezahlt.Wurde dann auf ein App.mit 1 Schlafzi.umgebucht.Das merkte ich um 22 Uhr bei Anreise.Ich hatte im April zunächst nur für 1 Pers. gebucht, da noch nicht feststand wer sonst noch wie lange dabei ist.Lt. Booking ist Preis zwischen 1 u 2 Person/en lediglich die Höhe der Kurtaxe. Nachdem Tax im nachhinein nur umständlich korrigiert werden kann,habe ich zunächst nur für 1 Pers.gebucht. Dies veranlasste Riml meine Wohnung kurz vor Anreise (hatte schon die Zugangsbeschreibg für meine gebuchte/größere Whg.) u ohne Rückmeldg jemand anderem zu geben. Man sagte mir am nächsten Tag,dass ich die Whg. aufgrund eines technischen Problems viel zu günstig bekommen hätte. Als ich dann vor Ort noch die weitere Pers. nachgemeldet habe, wollten sie inkl. Kurtaxe 59 €/N.extra. Ich habe dann nochmal eine "Probebuchung" in booking vorgenommen u wieder kostete die 2. Pers. nichts extra,sondern nur die Tax. Riml wollte also um den angabegemäß zu geringen Preis zu kompensieren, nochmal über 200 € und somit über 200 € mehr als über booking fällig gewesen wäre. Es war sehr ärgerlich, dass mir bewusst nicht die Whg. gegeben wurde, die ich gebucht,bezahlt und auch gebraucht habe. So ein Verhalten habe ich bei meinen ganzen Buchungen noch nie erlebt.Auch die Tatsache im nachhinein nochmal einen extra Preis zu kassieren war absolut unverständlich und bei dem ganzen Trouble den sie verursacht haben mehr als überflüssig.Tipp: Manche App liegen separat und der Eingang ist vor allem im Dunkeln schwer zu finden Nachtrag:Ich habe natürlich die Tax bei Abgabe der Meldezettel vollständig gezahlt. Da sollten Sie nochmal das Mädel im Sportgeschäft fragen.Die Diskussion um eine Rolle Klopapier ist lächerlich(siehe Foto).Kann auch gerne noch die Fotos hochladen die belegen dass 2.Pers.nur die Tax gekostet hatte.

The apartment was big, with nice view and comfortble stay we like it and i recommind it to my friend

Fantastisch apartment centraal in het dorp

Keurig ingericht ruim appartement. Keuken is heel compleet. Alles was heel schoon. Terras is fijn (s middags zon). Midden in het dorp, maar achter het huis meteen wandelroutes

Enige minpunt is dat er aan de achterzijde een parkeerplek is. Als je met het raam open slaapt in de slaapkamer aan de achterkant, hoor je daar lawaai van (ook vroeg in de ochtend)

Sehr zweckmäßige Lokation

Wir waren zum Skilaufen dort. Die Einrichtung ist modern und funktional. Die Nähe zur Bushaltestelle und Supermarkt. Tiefgaragenparkplatz.

Auf dem Balkon gibt es kein Licht. Dort stehen die Mülleimer für die Mülltrennung. Für den Spind im Skidepot sollte man Vorhängeschlösser mtbringen, da die Tür zum Depot nicht verriegelt wurde Hinweis auf Kapselkaffeemaschine.

Magnífica estancia ideal para una semana de esquí

Alojamiento muy agradable, con materiales de muy buena calidad y muy bien equipado, con muchos detalles. Salón comedor muy amplio y agradable. Habitaciones grandes y cómodas con zona de trabajo en cada una de ellas. Apartamento muy limpio y cuidado

La primera impresión del exterior del apartamento, no es muy buena, entrada por la parte trasera de una tienda de deportes, pero poco atractivo. Todo cambia cuando entras al apartamento. La señal wifi en las habitaciones muy débil. Encontramos a faltar una sartén más pequeña. Solo hay una, excesivamente grande. El extractor de humos no es potente, y al estar la cocina abierta al salón, los olores molestaban. El mando a distancia de la TV, no es el original, y no podías acceder a las plataformas de netflix… Para nosotros no fue un problema porque lo gestionamos a través de la tablet con un cable que nos trajimos de casa
