This large apartment was great! Getting to the upstairs loft after a long day of sightseeing and walking was a bit of a challenge for an older gal, but that's a critique of my ability not the apartment. The owner met us weary travelers out in the nearest square, and if you know Venice at all, you'll know that walking down narrow alleys is definitely something you'll experience. It was nice for first-timers not to have to do that alone. She walked us up to the gate, showed us how everything worked, and later responded very promptly to a question about getting onto the wifi. I was impressed.
Location was nice, but farther from the canal 'bus stop' than I thought. Still, totally worth it for a great place to stay.

The location was good. Because locations closer to the center are too crowded, but this one was perfect. Stuff was good also.
There were problems with hot water sometimes
