Emplacement parfait pour découvrir Venise. Accueil très sympathique. Petite terrasse très agréable. Bien équipé et confortable. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Emplacement central, donc assez bruyant le soir (passage de nombreux touristes et fenêtres peu insonorisées) Escalier en colimaçon très raide et étroit, à savoir si problèmes de mobilité

Well equipped of everything you need. kitchen, washing machine, TV , iron. Totally central but out from the noisy areas. We loved the terrace and the staff who helped us with many local suggestions and Infos about the city we will definetely return

The location was excellent. The kitchen was suitable for what we needed but we didn’t use it as we did not want to be in the apartment. We could leave our suitcases at a nearby hotel on check out although they charge for this. Clean and tidy.

The terrace was ok but very enclosed. There is only a view of a brick wall. If you have any kind of problem with stairs, do not stay here. The spiral staircase is very narrow and very difficult to climb up. I ended up coming down backwards as it was easier. We left our suitcase downstairs in the living room. When holding on to the top rail of the stairs it just kept coming off. We found the bed quite hard and did not sleep very well. You need 4 sets of keys to get into the property and it is not very well lit in the first section inside. The shower is quite small which we could cope with but the pole that holds the shower up was broken so you had to hold the shower in your hand the whole time. There were no free toiletries as advertised . There were toilet rolls and clean fresh towels.
