Charming Palace Corte del Teatro

Location is unreal - worth it for this alone! Apartment is clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Balcony was amazing.

A little noisy in the mornings

Wonderful location! Very spacious apartment and very clean.

Lots of stairs as we were on the third floor. Could also use a new mattress, we kept sliding to the middle of the bed during the night.

The host Maurizio was fantastic, showed us in at 12:30 to leave our bags in the apartment Well refurbished, everything felt quite new despite this being an old building Lovely terrace with views of rustic Venice roofs, enjoyed our morning coffee and afternoon desert there Great location - quite central but slightly off the main street (in a theatre square) 5 mins walk to Rialto, 15-20mins to San Marco square Lot's of restaurants, winebars and breakfast places around Really clean (changed sheets everyday) Kitchen was small but had everything including all amenities & dishwasher Would definitely stay again

Not an issue for us, but lot's and lot's of windy narrow stairs (we were on the 4th floor) Our apartment was on two floors, with the bathroom not on the same floor as the bedroom The bathroom / shower could use a bit of renewal The hot water was bit dodgy, would sometimes need to wait a bit for it (but it's Venice) Noisy americans from the adjacent property, but what can you do

Nice location.
