The room offered is super big, well arranged and very clean! Bathroom is also super clean. It's very easy to enter in the building and the room. I could park outside and did hot had any issues. It is necessary to have a car.

It's not that I didn't like it but it's to precise that bathroom is to be shared with another person. I was alone for my stay so no issues at all.

Very good

On each floor, there is one shared bathroom / toilet. This is not a problem. One needs to count on his luck, which I did not have this time. The "neighbour" arrived after 01:00 and then every body had to be woken up till about 03:00.

Very cozy, modern, clean, and flexible

Communicating was excellent. I requested late checkin and they kindly called me to help me use the right keycode so I could get there and sleep. Bed was outstanding! Bathroom was beautifully decorated, coffee available, TV was huge, internet was very fast 1Mbps Whoever created this affordable and automated accommodation option should be very proud

Stellar room for the price point

The toilet was stellar. The room had kettle and coffee powder. The fragrance stick in the room made it smell so pleasant throughout the stay.

The only downside I can think is that there were no toiletries given in the room or present in the toilet. Toilet was shared with the adjacent room in the same floor.

Simple and spacious apartment good value for the money.

Spotlessly clean. Enough space to store luggage and also samples of products I got at a trade fair in Cologne, Extremely quiet in a residential neighborhood. Adequate IKEA kitchen in Room 2, where I stayed. Lots of light from large windows once you figure out where the controls for the metal shutters are and how they work. Easy access to Cologne in 25 minutes by car on local streets to Autobahn A4, but more difficult if you try public transit. Did not raise price to extortion during a major trade fair, which is often a serious problem in Germany.

Four steps up from outside into the house. Pots and pans are quite limited and basic and poor quality. Furniture is basic IKEA in simple functional basic white. Toilet and shower are shared with one other room, not much a problem but a surprise the first time I met the other guest using it! Only one off street parking space and limited street parking unless you park on the side street near by. Never met or had any contact with the owner.

Top gepflegtes Appartement, Parkmöglichkeiten leider eingeschränkt

Sehr sauber und komfortabel. Moderne Ausstattung, sehr schönes Bad. Waren zum zweiten Mal hier und kommen auch gern wieder.

Ein kleiner Kühlschrank würde das Appartement perfekt machen.

Parkplatz gleich vor der Tür, man kann quasi zu jeder Zeit anreisen weil es ein Schlüsselkasten gibt, Mega schönes Zimmer super sauber alles schick gefällt uns sehr gut

Prima voor 1 overnachting. Als je op doorreis bent en geen verdere faciliteiten wenst is het een geweldig adres. Heerlijke bedden en een enorm schone kamer en badkamer. Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding.

Für eine Nacht war es in Ordnung, wir würden allerdings nicht wieder kommen.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet.

Schimmel an der Decke im Schlafzimmer, sowie Schimmel in der Dusche. Zwei Einzelbetten, die aneinander geschoben wurden, allerdings auseinander rutschen. Stockiger Geruch beim betreten des Zimmers. Unter dem Namen „Bergische Idylle“ haben wir uns von der Lage definitiv etwas anderes vorgestellt. Unser erster Eindruck war sehr enttäuschend.

Czysto, bardzo czysto. Wszystkie udogodnienia naprawdę na wysokim poziomie, niczego nie brakowało. Kawy, herbaty nikt nie wylicza jest pod dostatkiem. Duży plus za łazienkę i duży prysznic. Grzejniki gorące w oknach zaciemniające rolety, olbrzymie łóżko. Wszystko na +
