Disappointing
Old Mattress, with a big dent in the middle. Which is absolutely not acceptable for a Hotel like this. Room noisy. I called reception a few times. nobody answered the phone. I asked to get a back out of my car, which took 45 min. I was already on my way to reception to complain because nobody answer the phone, when the concierge finally was also on his way to my room

beautiful setting and lovely staff but probably would not stay again
I enjoyed the setting, a beautiful castle. the view too was nice as was the interior of the hotel and rooms. enjoyed there was dog food on menu
- the mattress was overused and gave in the middle. I was in the Grand Superior Double and had to try and sleep where the two mattresses meet to not slip into the dent of the mattresses. consequently had a very bad night sleep which was not great mid road trip with long driving ahead - very limited vegan food options and some of the staff no clear about the difference between vegan and vegetarian, hence suggesting animal based meals when asked for vegan options. - great there was dog food menu, however, not exactly as per description and our dog did not eat the meal

Wonderfully relaxing stay in a beautiful setting
A beautiful property, with a lovely pool and spa, good gym. Room was beautifully clean and well maintained. Food offerings were excellent - Enoteca, Salvador Dali and Afternoon Tea all delicious. Wonderful relaxation in a beautiful setting.

I love this hotel , enjoy almost everything.
This is a beautiful hotel . This was our 3rd trip and we enjoyed ourselves . We took my mother who is 90 for a weekend . The bathrooms are unfortunately just not practical for elderly people or anyone with slight injuries or medical conditions! A shower in a bath is not acceptable- the bath is extremely high and the marble floors dangerous . I booked afternoon tea - it was ok but has nothing to do with a proper English tea . The tee itself is extremely disappointing- everything is sweet apart from 2 finger sandwiches ! I think they need to have some advice on this ! The price for 4 people is 240€ .. we can argue about the price, if I am paying that , it needs to be perfect .
The bathroom is unacceptable. Until they have been renovated and a normal shower is in place we will not be back .

Amazing 3 night stay with fantastic service and food.
Beautifully renovated castle / palace. The 2 star Michelin restaurant, where we dined the 2nd night was amazing. All in all a very enjoyable stay,we would definitely come back to this property.
