Beautiful location in the Marais. Sought after area, 2. p. comfortable and quiet

Corinne's apartment was very comfortable for the three of us. It is in a great location with respect to the Metro, restaurants, and shopping. Although the area is quite busy, the apartment faced a courtyard which was quiet. Corinne was a very accommodating host. Our arrival was quite late, and she waited for us to give us the keys and tell us about the area. We will definitely stay there again, if it is available for our next trip.

The property was perfectly located! We were less than 2 minutes from a metro station that we used daily. Also, only a 10-15 minute walk to Notre Dame. We could not have asked for a more perfect location! The neighborhood was clean and had a lot of food options that left us needing more time to explore the area. When we find ourselves in the city in the future we will definitely be checking th availability at this apartment first!

Everything about this stay was fantastic. Great location with many good restaurants...personal favorite was down the block, L'Ange 20. Bastille Metro stop was 2 minutes away. The apartment was as advertised, stocked with what we needed for enjoyable stay and had great internet. Corrine was punctual, friendly and provided us with information we needed for a delightful stay. We found a Monoprix supermarket (lower level) on St. Antonie that was full service. The online booking/reservation made this incredibly easy. We will return to this apartment if we have the privilege to return to Paris.

The last two weeks in April we had the good fortune to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary by visiting Paris and staying in Mme. Le Bole’s charming apartment. We can’t say enough kind things about her newly renovated, modern, very comfortable and quiet flat. The apartment is very well equipped with all the amenities and is beautifully appointed as well. We enjoyed Mme. LeBole’s helpful tips about where to eat locally, and sights not to miss in the neighborhood. In only one flight of stairs up from the courtyard, we felt as though we had a home away from home after roaming around museums for hours! Its location is around the corner from the Bastille Market. We knew we wanted to cook some of our meals in, so this was a huge plus. The Bastille Metro stop, also around the corner, will get you anywhere you want to go in Paris. Also convenient was walking to Ile St. Louis, getting artisan ice cream at Berthillons, and watching the boats on the Seine; and from there, getting very easily to Notre Dame on the east end of Ile de la Cite. Also a few blocks away from the flat is Place des Vosges with it’s central green, charming cafes and fine art galleries. Walking in the other direction, past the Opera Bastille is a charming walk, the Viaduc des Arts, along an old train bed that has been transformed by gorgeous plantings. We love to walk, so living in an apartment so central so many interesting places really suited us. We would love nothing more than to come back to Marais and stay in this apartment again.
