About this apartment rental
Property managed by GLAMAPARIS with a unique official registration number from the Mairie de Paris. All bookings are covered by cancellation (Covid included) and liability insurance. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Discover this luminous and spacious 2 room apartment very quiet, this apartment is atypical: it is a former artist's studio decorated with taste which has a beautiful height under ceiling, and benefits from the natural light.
This 57m² apartment is located in the 11th district of Paris on the second floor (without elevator) of a 20th century building.
It can comfortably accommodate 2 people.
The apartment is fully equipped for a short or long stay.
It has a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, cable TV and a high speed Wifi connection.
We also provide towels, sheets, blankets, pillows and kitchen utensils.
The building is secured with a code entry and a security guard is also available.
Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.
In particular, we provide:
A personalized check-in service upon arrival;
A manual with instructions on the apartment's appliances
An accompaniment and a maintenance service throughout your stay;
All reservations with GLAMAPARIS include civil liability and rental risk insurance.
We commit ourselves to clean our apartments with organic cleaning products.
A rental contract to be signed will be sent after confirmation of the reservation.
An additional fee of 50 € will be charged if the entrance is after 7 pm, on Sunday or on a holiday. If the entrance is after 10 pm, the fee is 75 €.

The pictures on the website are a true representation of the apartment. For a one-bedroom, the home is spacious, uncluttered, and full of light as it was originally a painter's studio with a wall of high windows. It is completely equipped for long-term stays - oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer & (separate) dryer, comfortable bed etc. One small suggestion would be to have an extra set of bedsheets. A short walk to Place de la Bastille, the Seine, the Marais, grocery stores and the all-important boulangeries, cafés and restaurants, street markets made this location absolutely perfect for exploring just the 10th-11th-12th arrondissements or going beyond to all the other Paris sights due to the convenience of nearby metro stations & bus stops.
During our almost 7-week stay, there was one week of record-breaking heat at the end of June. Fans helped keep us comfortable but most of the time, there would be a nice breeze going through the long courtyard so with windows open, it became bearable.
Lastly, the staff at GlamaParis was very helpful and responsive to the few questions and needs (setting up WiFi and TV) that we had. We especially thank Kelly for her kindness and smile!
