The size of the flat was amazing and close to shops

The allocated parking space was much appreciated. Having my own private patio was lovely, and an added bonus too. The flat is tastefully decorated and furnished, and the owners have thought of everything. The location of this flat is excellent.
Although I could not hear the neighbours next door through the walls, the people in the flat above woke me up on the first two mornings, stomping around on the bare floorboards (?). Sound-proofing the bedroom ceiling and the kitchen/diner ceiling would hopefully alleviate this.

Hi, I thought the flat was well presented and the kitchen was really functional. There are lots of little problems that should be put right though as I've outlined below. I note that I won't be the first to raise some of them as per the guest book.
- the extractor fan wasn't working in the bathroom resulting in black mould and damp over the course of the week. Added to this there appeared to be a leak from the guttering outside the bathroom window adding to the damp situation which should be looked at
- plugs in bathroom sink and shower very slow to drain despite me trying to clean them
- musty/damp smell from rugs/curtains (I think) in bedroom and lounge, maybe due to damp
- loose tap in kitchen
- dishwasher wasn't unloaded on arrival!
- aerial not fit for purpose on TV despite retuning several times, loads of missing channels, including kids
- no Internet, owners should look at this, Internet is a necessity not a luxury nowadays
- parking space, lack of drop kerb and no space between space and wall on right hand side. If Coverdale wants to advertise a parking space they should ask for a drop kerb here. I worry about the damage done to my car during the week
