Sheets had a stain, there was old dust on the window frame.

Convenience of the location. Close to the train station and restaurants. Friendly staff.
Tiny rooms. They can really work on cleanliness.

-location (5 mins to JR and Metro) -staff (had a problem with payment - they made their best) -nice cosmetics in the room
-not everyone among staff speaks English -can't pay by apple pay

Location is convinced
The bed is very basic and uncomfortable. No room cleaning. I booked with breakfast but the restaurant they sent me said they don't do with the hotel. I went back to hotel counter but unattended for long time.
