フロントの方が親切だった。朝食は美味しかったが海外のお客様が多く混雑しており7時半の時間が埋まっていた。バイキングは和洋中揃っておりバラエティーにとんでいる。
お土産が置いてあり京都駅には無いものもあり助かった。
仕方ないが海外の人が多く食事のマナーやホテル前での喫煙、大勢での大声の話し声など気になった。多言語で注意書きも難しいだろうし、京都の街全体だ見かけた光景なのでホテルのせいではないと思う。

家族4人で朝食込【子供小学生2人】で10300円位と宿泊税400円で、とってもお得でした！
大浴場も夜19時半過ぎに行きましたら0人。
息子と2人でまったりできましたよ。
コンビニも徒歩数十秒先にありそこで喫煙してました。
コーヒーの無料ドリンクも最高でした。
部屋の狭さですかね。
限界入っていきなりベットでした。想像していた異常に狭すぎてちょっと息苦しかったです。

"Very nice and comfortable hotel, large enough, spacious rooms with nice bathrooms. Very clean. Fresh towels and pyjamas daily. A nice breakfast - also European clientele can find options. Kind staff."
