    Room is small but this normal in Japan so i am satisfied with it. Room size is just right. This hotel is for sleeping only, not much facilities but for the price it is good. Free coffee everyday. I would recommend this to people on a budget and just want to sleep in a nice hotel.

    I’m recommending this place as best stay in Kyoto considering its strategic location and low price point

    The location is a few walks from the station and kinda hard to locate at first since it was situated inside a neighborhood. Staffs are polite, they do have complimentary coffee which you may have anytime near the reception, they say their coffee was good but wasn't able to try as we only stayed overnight. If you're trying to save transpo cost, you may opt to walk to downtown or nishiki market.
