It was clean

I did not like, at night time, when I was sleeping, there is a noise. Running all night long, from the bottom water container on the floor, they call piletas, to run it all the way to the roof! Those Pumps, or Water pumps pumping the water to the roof! They call calderas, they had it in automatic, that noise was TERRIBLE, AND I WILL NOT GO TO THAT HOTEL, NOISY ALL NIGHT LONG.and day time no noise.

This hotel sucks!

The front desk women were nice.

Got a lot of issues with the internet. I got an emergency overseas, these people didn’t let me use thw internet for five minutes. I lost thousands of dollars due to a family emergency and lack of internet. The front desk didn’t care about my emergency. Very bad person with no feelings.

Staff and security were excellent. Clean but very cold room. No heat source in room.

Fun Stay to Visit CDMX

Awesome! A bit far about 30 mins. from the Zocalo of CDMX but super cool. They have jacuzzi suites available too and the restaurant is super affordable. I love working out and getting a jog in at the park next door. Walmart is within walking distance too!

Stay, but don't eat!

The good: Super fast wifi! 171 down and almost 38 up and that is going through a VPN in NY. Decent water pressure, king-sized bed was a pleasant surprise (booking dot com website said they only have full size), good quality toilet paper, and a TV big enough to see.

The bad: FOOD - terrible! We ordered crepes which arrived cold and tasting old. Sent them back and got some that were warm but still tasted old. Obviously they were frozen and microwaved. On the positive side we got two phone calls from management to inquire about the problem and ask if things were better. We purchased the breakfast plan and were surprised when the waitress said we still owed for the breakfast. It turns out that by buying the breakfast plan you are only buying $120MXN worth of breakfast. The hotcakes were heavy and not good. The coffee was horrible - better to go to OXXO to get a cup.

La ubicación, es excelente, las comodidades, no se diga, SUPER... La verdad, todo céntrico. La habitación, muy bien..

El personal de Seguridad; parece que te están cuidando. Al menos, cuando necesite ocupar un poco de servicios del lobby, estaba un Guardia, y mi Familia, se sintió incómoda.

El personal es altamente entrenado es rápido y efectivo. La limpieza de las instalaciones y la comodidad de las camas extraordinaria. El agua caliente es inmediata.

El ruido de la plaza se oye aunque deja dormir.

Muy regular, con varias deficiencias

La limpieza esta muy bien y las personas que atienden son muy amables.

Si vas por trabajo y necesitas la conexión a Internet es muy deficiente no funciona como se requiere, además si ingresan nuevos inquilinos el ruido no te deja dormir o trabajar es necesario mejorar la atención y el respeto cuando dejan que ingresen a las 9 de la noche nuevos inquilinos.
