It was Nice

Nice cosy little apartment. - it was as neat as the pictures. I had brought my own pans to cook, Sandra had all the things supplied as well. Pans pots kettle cutlary. It was superb.. Location was close to the beach as described. Sandra was a lovely lady, she tried to help as much as she could when I was trying to get in building. She tried her best to give me directions. Her instruction message was very useful. For the money paid and the location and self catering facilities. Overall it was not a bad place. Will I stay there again, knowing what i know now, probably Yes. Not that I know where to park and what to expect.

I will write things I didn't like very openly so PICKY People are not shocked or complain when they get here. Toilet had a bad smell coming out of drain pipes, A common problem with old french buildings unfortunately. (Keep the door closed or you will smell it from the living area.- again not something owner could do about it). Bed room was small, but I found it comfortable. You can sleep on the sofa too (but it is wearing out ) Internet was free public WIFI hotspot access and signal was poor. - There is no dedicated connection. No parking available at the property. Free recommended park was 1 mile walk & I wasn't comfortable leaving the car in casino carpark. Q-park car park was small walk away by and it cost £25 for 3 days (not sandra's fault, it is not easy to park in boulogne in general) Next door neighbour was having a party until 2-3 am and smoking marijuana and making a lot of noise.(Not Sandra's fault) The final thing about seaview.. There was only one view. "Tree views" in from of the windows. (Not Sandras fault - see pictures below).

Locatie centraal in de Opaalkust

De plaats Boulogne-Sur-Mer is een goede uitvalsbasis om de Opaalkust te verkennen

Van binnen is het appartement prima ingericht, niet al te groot, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Helaas eerst al het servies/bestek zelf opnieuw moeten afwassen, was niet allemaal schoon. Van buiten / de ligging ziet er niet erg uitnodigend uit, beetje vervallen / verwaarloosd. Het ligt aan een drukke straat. Ook klopt de omschrijving niet, Volgens de website zou parkeren op straat gratis zijn, absoluut niet waar. Parkeren is een ramp, overal betaald en gratis parking is 800m lopen en weinig vrije plaatsen. Geen extra toilet, geen BBQ (geen tuin of balkon) TV niet werkend. Dagelijks contact over gehad maar probleem is nooit opgelost! Erg jammer, ondanks toezegging dat het opgelost zou worden. Gevraagde aankomsttijd was tussen 14-15 uur bevestigd, maar kregen de avond van te voren te horen dat appartement pas vanaf 16 uur beschikbaar was.

autrement il y a rien a dire ,parfait il ya tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et passer un bon séjour

nous avons aimés l'emplacement et l'accesibilité . petit ,mais pratique. proche du port et des commodités magasins ,de la ville et des marchés locaux.

manque quelques ustensiles , set de table , dessous de plats , pas assez de torchons ,ni de serpillière, manque une petite étagère dans les douche . pas de produits de nettoyage . ( fuite d'eau lorsqu'on prend une douche ,étanchéité de la porte ) signaler où se trouve le set drap pour le canapé ,pas évident de savoir que c'était dans le coffre.

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement de l'appartement, il y avait le stricte minimum, joli appartement

Le manque d'accueil Manque de propreté Mal odorant En plus vendredi les appareils se sont arrêtés subitement , y compris la télévision et le frigo, samedi tous les courses fait ont été jetés, car gâtés. Ce qui nous a obligé à écourter notre séjour. Appels sans suite pour signaler la situation Message laissé mais sans réponse ni rappel.

L'emplacement idéal, à quelques minutes à pied de Nausicaa et de la plage.

- La propreté laisse à désirer : les serviettes dans la cuisine, l'éponge de vaisselle et une bonne partie de la vaisselle étaient bien sales, les toilettes et les vitres également. Peut-être parce que comme le propriétaire m'a expliqué par message avant mon arrivée "le ménage n'est pas dans le prix !" - Coté papier toilette, il n'y avait qu'un seul rouleau qui était déjà entamé.
