The lodger upstairs on 3rd floor was walking around until 3 in the morning one night and his floor was creaky.

Good stay but room for improvement

The location was good, and the pre-paid parking place in the private parking area was provided. The flat was clean, and the staff was welcoming and helpful.

The bed was not made up as what the photos suggested. We could hear people talking and music playing in the neighbouring flats after midnight (but noise was expected in the description due to the nature of the building) but it was not too loud anyway. The temperature of the water in the shower wasn't consistent and kept changing from very hot to cold every 60 seconds which made the shower very challenging to use.

Petit séjour très reposant et vivifiant près de la mer. COOL !

Bon emplacement. bien situé près du Centre ville de Nausicaa et du port. De belles balades à faire à pied. Et ce qui est très bien est d'avoir un petit Carrefour city à côté du logement. Logement très propre, confortable et COSY. Tout est fait pour revenir. 👍👍👍

Seulement le voisin du dessus donc au 3éme étage un peu bruyant. C'est tout.

A ÉVITER DANS CET ETAT

L'emplacement

L'appartement, la publication mensongère sur cet appartement, sur les 17 photos affichées sur l'annonce deux photos correspondaient a notre appartement. On y voit une machine a laver le linge qui n'existe pas, des vues sur la basilique imaginaires, et L'appartement aurait besoin d'un gros coup de rafraîchissement. Déçu également par Booking, qui attribue des notes (8,8 en 2020 ) mais qui ne semble pas contrôler comment sont devenus ces appartements au bout de 5 ans. Peinture des portes a rafraîchir, deux grandes fenêtres en vis à vis sans volets ou double rideaux, programmation du chauffage hors créneau, penderies disloquées des serrures de porte en cours de rénovation, Location très chère, trop chère pour ce que c'est. Je reviens sur Boulogne début année j'ai negocié avec Airbnb !!!!!!!

Logement Propre et fonctionnel. Parking compris et emplacement proche mer. Instructions très claires et pratiques pour une arrivée et un départ autonome.

Immeuble ancien à faible isolation phonique... vous entendez très distinctement le voisinage du dessus ainsi que la cage d'escalier... mais à ce prix difficile d'être exigeant. Draps fournis mais lits à faire soi même...

Appartement rénové (ou en cours), propre et plutôt bien équipé. l'appartement est plutôt très confortable et fonctionnel. la présence de volet roulant dans les chambres est un plus.

Petite déconvenue avec une insonorisation malheureusement trop légère compte tenu du voisinage et des escaliers anciens (malgré leur "charme")

Séjour de 2 nuits en famille

Logement fonctionnel et confortable pour 4 personnes. Situation proche du centre et de l'aquarium. Parking juste à côté.

Ménage non fait à l'arrivée, le propriétaire a été réactif mais nous avons perdu 2h sans aucune compensation... Aucune isolation entre les appartements. Le linge de lit est fourni mais les lits ne sont pas faits.

Veel voorzieningen (keuken incl. keukengerief en apparaten, handdoeken, beddengoed, TV incl Netflix abonnement, ... Badkamer o.a. met goed werkende douche Goeie locatie (dichtbij strand, stadscentrum, baselique, ...) Proper Goeie bedden, goeie matrassen/kussens Gratis parking vlakbij Goeie prijs/kwaliteit

Klein beetje rokerige geur toen we binnenkwamen, 2e dag merkten we dat al minder (misschien wenden we daaraan). Luidruchtige bovenburen (luide geluiden op vloer tot ongeveer 1u30 's nachts), maar niet helemaal de fout van verblijf. Voordeur appartementen sluit niet zo goed en 's morgens troffen we die open aan.

Appartement fonctionnel et propre, tres bien équipé, les contacts facile avec l'hebergeur qui a repondu rapidement à toutes mes questions, la bonne localisation et le parking à disposition.

L'appartement donne sur la rue et on entend un peu les voitures en semaine. On entend aussi marcher la personne du dessus...mais pour notre court sejour cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé

De merveilleuses journées de vacances

J'ai adoré tout le confort de la maison, deux chambres magnifiques, des lits très propres, des serviettes de bain parfumées, tout était très propre. Sans oublier que le propriétaire est formidable et répond correctement. J'ai réussi à faire mon entrée plus tôt que prévu et elle a été formidable à ce sujet.

Je n'ai pas de commentaires négatifs sur cet appartement, je l'ai trouvé magnifique, agréable et calme dans une magnifique rue avec parking payant et accessible.

La propriétaire vraiment pas serviable, j'avais l'impression de parler à un robot . Lors du problème de parking , elle ne s'est même pas déplacée .Beaucoup de bruit à l'appartement du dessus et dans les escalier ainsi que la rue très bruyante..Place de parking non valide avec entrée et sortie très étroite au risque d'abîmer ses jantes de voitures . J'ai pas pu l'utiliser. Je me suis parquer dans la rue . J'ai jamais eu de tels problèmes de mes réservations antérieures... Beaucoup trop chère pour cet appartement ...... Éviter de réserver chez cette personne !!!!!!!!!
