Excellent accommodation in Queenstown. Fantastic views of the Airport, lake & Mountains. Accommodation was clean and tidy. Great car parking space. We highly recommend this venue.
The only issue we had was that Relaxaway holiday homes was requesting a photo of our credit card online. We refused to provide this to Relaxway online. We contacted Booking.com who recommend not to provide our credit card photo. We agreed to check in person and provide our credit card details. We would not recommend sending a photo of your credit card online for safety and fraud reasons. My bank also recommended I not provide a photo of my credit card online for check-in.

I liked how the property was clean, furniture and appliances were all almost new. It had amazing views of the lake and mountains. It was quiet and tranquil, beds were comfortable.
Property was a little hard to find, as we didn’t realise it was on the other side of the block. Another qualm was when turning towards Queenstown Central - the intersection was quite busy however that’s not the property’s fault though.

As has been said before, it's all about the VIEW ! Everything else is extra. Easy to find, no stairs, great heating. Comfortable beds. Great communication and information.
Could do with a couple of new pans. It's family accommodation with a kitchen. We couldn't fry an egg or make pan cakes. There were a quite a few pans in the pantry. However none were fit for purpose. (Old and extremely well used ) This didn't change anything for us ( we like also like our eggs boiled ) I'm sure if the owners were aware they'd rectify this immediately.

The location was very convenient and the facilities were adequate for our stay.
We found the couch and pillows uncomfortable. Which is unfortunate as the bed was very comfy. We also found that we were not provided with enough toilet paper for the length of our stay.
