The location , the view and the cleanliness.
The description is erroneous, because it says it has a room , but it basically is a studio with no doors and a glass separating the bed from rest. Also it has not 2 beds, but one bed and one sofa bed. Also there are no blackouts in both windows.

Amazing host, really accommodating. Sea view from the bed is the biggest flex 😮‍💨 Value for money, nice and clean. Totally worth it.
It’s around 5-7 minutes drive from the old town. So if you’re not driving you might have to get a taxi every time you are going there or walk there for 25-30 minutes

The apartment is beautiful, you have everything you need for a short stay. Moreover, the balcony has a wonderful view. The location is perfect, you have everything close by if you are traveling by car.
