Cosy home in Lucca suburb!

Cosy apartment on the edge of Lucca. Peaceful and green surrounding, warm welcome, felt as home. very clean and great host. We liked it a lot.

The Bathroom was just to small (narrow) to be fully functional. That’s the only downside, otherwise it would be 10.

Very clean and well equipped. Nice location, still close to Lucca but also quiet. Friendly owner.

We were 5 Adults and 2 kids; that’s definitely the limit of this house. Best suited for 2 Adults and max 3 kids.

The host was super welcoming and the villa was extremely well equipped for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The surroundings are kind of romantic and it's close to what you may need - a supermarket, a local restaurant and just a short drive from Lucca.

Vielen Dank für die zwei wunderschönen erholsamen Wochen im Herzen der Toskana, lieber Roberto!

Uns hat besonders die ruhige und dennoch recht zentrale Lage gefallen. Das kleine Häuschen war wunderbar aufgeteilt, es gab einen kleinen Garten, welcher die Kinder vor eventuellem Autoverkehr geschützt hat und es gab eigentlich alles, was man so brauchte zum Wohnen.

Da gab es nichts zu meckern, lediglich das Bad war sehr klein und für eine fünfköpfige Familie etwas sportlich, aber sonst war alles super. Und Roberto ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber gewesen.

Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo. L'accoglienza è stata impeccabile. Pulizia ottima. Avendo soggiornato solo una notte non abbiamo usufruito della cucina, ma abbiamo visto che è ben attrezzata.

Odlično izhodišče za ogled mest Lucca, Pisa in drugih znamenitosti. Tudi naš hišni ljubljenček se je odlično počutil. Izredno lepo in mirno okolje. Roberto je res prijazen gostitelj.

Bivali smo v sredini maja, zato se je v pritličju zaznal vonj po vlagi in plesni. Za goste je to malo moteče, zato predlagam, da gostitelj to odpravi, da bo še naprej imel odlične ocene za bivanje.

Meravigliosa Lucca

Ottima soluzione per visitare Lucca e dintorni. Casa molto accogliente, ben arredata e fornita di tutto. Dista 15 min di macchina dal centro. Zona tranquilla immersa nel verde. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerei sicuramente... straconsigliato.

A voler trovare il pelo nell'uovo bagno piccolino e scale ripide per andare al piano superiore, dove ci sono le camere.

Cinque giorni in famiglia davvero unici.

Una casa molto carina poco distante da Lucca in un posto davvero tranquillo e sicuro per i bambini. Bella accoglienza all'arrivo, proprietario molto disponibile. Non avendo prenotazioni per il giorno della noatra partenza ci ha lasciato flessibilità oraria. Ci ha fatto trovare un dolcetto e prodotti come olio, zucchero, sale, tè e caffè oltre a quelli per le pulizie ed igiene personale.

Purtroppo non abbiamo trovato giornate soleggiate e la casa era calda ma un po' umida e dovevamo far asciugare gli asciugamani fuori o nel locale lavanderia perché altrimenti alla sera erano ancora bagnati.

Kleine huiselijke accommodatie in rustige omgeving

Makkelijke, duidelijke en snelle communicatie met de gastheer, absoluut top! De accommodatie is eerder aan de kleine kant voor een gezin met 3 kinderen (1 kind op de slaapbank in de living - al wordt je wel gewoon aan de beperkte afmetingen), maar wel huiselijk en praktisch ingericht. Gelegen op het uiteinde van een straat op zo'n 8 km ten noorden van Lucca, zeer rustig en op slechts 2 km van het winkelcentrum.

De tuin was nog niet toegankelijk, allicht omdat Italianen in maart nog niet de neiging hebben om bij 5-10°C buiten te ontbijten ;-) We hebben er dan ook niet specifiek om gevraagd en gaan er dan ook van uit dat dit later op het jaar geen issue vormt. Verder geen noemenswaardige opmerkingen.

Hôte au top dans très jolie maison de style toscan entièrement rénovée.

La maison est bien située, dans un environnement calme. Tout est très propre et aménagé confortablement. Tous les équipements nécessaires sont présents. L'extérieur est très agréable. Le propriétaire est venu nous remettre les clés en personne, à l'heure qui nous convenait. Il s'est montré très serviable: nous avons eu un problème de voiture et il nous a trouvé un garagiste dans la soirée! On peut facilement aller à Pise(30 minutes en voiture) et à Florence (1h25 en train, à partir de la gare de Lucques).

De locatie was prima, ofschoon de badkamer wat aan de krappe kant was! Lucca was met de auto gemakkelijk te bereiken. De wandelmogelijkheden waren ook prima!

La tranquilitat, la bona calefacció, el llit còmode i l'hospitalitat de l'anfitrió i la bona acceptació dels nostres tres gossos amb els quals sempre viatgem cada any a Itàlia.

Estaria millor un sofà més comode per descansar després de recòrrer la bonica Toscana i veure tv.
