La proximité du centre ville, dont le marché. La propreté, l'agencement/déco de l'intérieur, la disponibilité de l'hôte (très réactif lorsque nous avons eu un petit souci de clef !

Очень дружелюбный хост (Джорджио), который всегда был готов помочь и всегда очень быстро отвечал. Аппартаменты просторные, все заявленные удобства на месте.
Всё-таки должен упомянуть две вещи: вайфай и горячую воду. Вайфай откровенно слабый: видео смотреть некомфортно, видеозвонки тоже получаются через раз (если вы рассчитывали поработать через этот вайфай, то будет трудновато). Что касается горячей воды: там своеобразная система регулировки температуры. Она очень, скажем так, "инертная", и непостоянная: сначала нужно поймать момент, когда горячая вода есть, и затем аккуратно управлять ручкой, чтобы она не скатилась в кипяток и не кончилась за 20-25 секунд, оставляя вас ждать следующего своего пришествия пару минут. Но на третий раз у меня примерно получилось понять, как она работает.
