Our nice and helpful host was waiting for us when we arrived and allowed for costless early check-in. The location was perfect, near the railway station and fish market. Most places that we wanted to see were in the walking distance. The appartment was a bit noisy, but it didn't disturb us. Well equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare breakfasts for ourselves. Generally, I recommend it for the several days stay.

Location is good very near the city center. Host was polite and available.

Streets around the building are very dirty, not a good first impression. There isn’t a TV and internet doesn’t work in the room.

Posizione eccezionale per muoversi a Palermo ,ma forse è quella che penalizza il resto. Appartamento sporco. Nel bagno muffa nel box doccia. Cucina non arreda e corredata. Tavolo per mangiare nell entrata. Ho fatto la vacanza più struggente della mia vita. Un allarme antincendio suonava ogni 2 /3 senza la possibilità di disattivarlo,l unico rimedio staccare la luce ma ripartiva di nuovo.Non ho dormito per 5 notti.Ambiente freddissimo visto che dovevamo staccare le chiavi e disattivare tutto per uscire e a Capodanno anche a Palermo è freddo e al rientro stavo con il giubotto a casa. Materassi sporchi. Condizionatori sporchi. Un motorino d' acqua in casa che sembrava un trapano per ogni goccia utilizzata. Zona sporchissima ,spazzatura dappertutto. Non merita neanche un euro del prezzo che ho pagato. Pessimo.
