Lily Apartments

The location is perfect! It is right at the Ballaro market and a 5-10 min walk from the very center of the town and all the attractions. We were amazed by the sound proofing, as we didn’t hear a thing when we closed our balcony doors even though there was noise outside. The building is very safe, beautiful and right next to a very nice hotel, we felt very safe. The room was very nice, as in the pictures and even had a sunshade we could take to the beach. The owner was amazing and very helpful with all the questions we had. The bed was super comfortable and there was an iron with an ironing board. We loved the coffee from our coffee machine as well! Overall a 10/10

The only suggestion I would make is to add some racks in the bathroom for hanging towels, as it has none

The room/amenities were super modern and looked exactly like the picture (almost better!) the furniture and decoration and absolutely everything about the quality/cleanliness of the room was amazing! It is conveniently situated in walking distance of pretty much every major tourist attraction and Palermo Centrale train station. The host, Giovanni, really went above and beyond with his hospitality and helpfulness from ensuring we arrived safely to the apartment to helping us order a taxi for our flight - I can't thank him enough.

The only reason I'm giving this stay a 9 and not a 10 is because of the location. We weren't aware of the conditions of the nearby area of the Ballaro Market, which came as a surprise to us. However, if you are well aware of this ahead of time this stay is great. Additionally, depending on which side of the building the apartment room is on, it can be a bit noisy at night but only during the weekends. If you receive another room that faces the courtyard of the apartment buildings I'm sure it will be nice and quiet at night. Lastly, we stayed over a week so I wish the apartment had more drawers to store our clothes.

Imali smo apsolutno sve što nam je bilo potrebno za ugodan boravak od 10 dana. Zgrada je nova i ima lift, a apartman je čist, lijepo i moderno uređen te ima odličnu zvučnu izolaciju. Krevet je vrlo udoban, a jastuci odlični za kvalitetan san. Po dolasku nas je u hladnjaku dočekalo osvježenje – hladna voda, sok i mlijeko, a u kuhinji nas je čekao aparat za kavu sa svime potrebnim za pripremu obroka. Bilo je čak i kapsula za kavu i šećera, što nam je bilo jako lijepo i pažljivo. Kupaonica je prostrana i ima veliku tuš-kabinu te fen za kosu. Posebno moramo pohvaliti domaćina, koji je bio izuzetno ljubazan i susretljiv. Na našu zamolbu već drugi dan donio nam je stolice i stol za terasu, a peti dan nam je potpuno besplatno ponudio čišćenje apartmana i promjenu posteljine. Takva pažnja i briga za gosta zaista se rijetko susreću. Lokacija je odlična – apartman se nalazi u samom centru, odmah uz živopisnu tržnicu Ballarò i u blizini svih glavnih znamenitosti. Qattro Canti, Fontana Pretoria, katedrala i glavne ulice pune restorana, slastičarnica i kafića udaljene su svega nekoliko minuta hoda. Uživali smo u svakom trenutku boravka i rado ćemo se ponovno vratiti. Od srca preporučujemo ovaj apartman svima koji žele ugodan, čist i miran smještaj na odličnoj lokaciji, uz domaćina koji zaista brine o svojim gostima. ❤️
