La posizione centrale

In un palazzo fatiscente, le scale per arrivare all’appartamento erano tutte rotte, l’appartamento carino ma dalle foto non era chiaro che una stanza e il soggiorno erano delle stanze completamente cieche, inoltre i prodotti da bagno messi a disposizione erano quelli degli altri ospiti che avevano dimenticato…. Da consigliare per la posizione per la presenza di 3 stanze e 2 bagni ma se venisse curato un pochino in più sarebbe un vero gioiello.

Obiekt położony w historycznym centrum Palermo , wszędzie blisko, można zwiedzać pieszo. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, bardzo wygodne dwie łazienki. Na powitanie butelka wina i woda na cały pobyt dla pięciu osób.

Trochę mało szklanek i brak kieliszków do wina .

As it is in a state of collapsing outside (originally built in 1740) and renovation works were being done, inside it was in a good condition. Renovated bathrooms and smelling wonderful. When we asked locals about Casa Dei Sogni they knew the owners even though we were at the opposite side of the town. Maybe they have a good reputation as persons in town which is a plus, when you are renting a house from someone in a different country.

First the area.The building was in close distance to the center (10 min walking to Theatro) and just a block away from BALLARO MARKET. It is an awful area in the town, it seams scary especially when the sun goes down, with the kind of people passing near by and living in the streets and on Ballaro square. Then, when we asked for a late check out and he refused, he didnt offer us a place to store the luggage as we were leaving Palermo late in the afternoon. Last but not least the beds weren't super comfortable.
